Round 2: Just Sold

Re-rendered 2026-09-10. The sold price is gone from every card (the Sold doctrine of 8/17, confirmed by Dave 9/10): the hero is the outcome, days on the market, and the chips carry no money figure.

One archetype, seven variations, in the Style 1 language. Each card isolates one thing from the 9/4 notes so the note has a picture next to it. Dummy listing on purpose: 1428 Lakeshore Drive does not exist. Companion to What good looks like.

Revision 3, 2026-09-07, after Dave's second pass. The icon watermark is on every card now, in the card's own color and strong enough to read on a phone: black on cream, teal on teal, white in the navy on the photo cards. Both photo cards carry the agent in a large white-ring circle instead of a standing cutout, so nothing can touch the text. On the treated card the agent is black and white and the house stays in color. The framed card got a double ring. Inter stays. Still for Dave's review before it goes to Brett.

The seven

Just Sold, black on cream
JS-blackBlack is as standard as navy. Black horizontal mark on cream, black type, outlined chips, black watermark behind. Not a navy pixel on it and it is still Legacy.
Just Sold, full-bleed photo
JS-photoWhite mark on a photo ground. The listing photo is the card. Navy gradient carries the type, the white lockup sits in the sky, the agent sits in a 320px white-ring circle at bottom right, clear of every line of text. White watermark in the navy. The photo is a slot: any listing photo drops in.
Just Sold, black and white photo
JS-photo-bwSame card, the agent treated. The house stays in color; the agent's photo is black and white inside a sky-blue ring, chips and tag in sky blue to match. One switch in the template. Sepia, duotone, and a tinted house are the same switch.
Just Sold, icon mark alone
JS-iconThe icon alone, in the theme color. No wordmark anywhere. The sun-and-waves in ocean teal up top, the same mark as a teal watermark behind, and the broker line names the brokerage.
Just Sold, watermark
JS-watermarkThe mark as a watermark. The recolorable icon at seven percent in the card's own burgundy, with a small burgundy lockup up top. The original of the treatment now on every light card.
Just Sold, framed cutout
JS-framedFramed cutout, double ring. The photo is a panel, not a background. The agent sits in a white ring with a sky-blue outer ring in his own column, white watermark in the navy behind, so the paragraph and the name never touch.
Just Sold, Inter typeface
JS-interA second typeface. Inter for everything, tight tracking on the price and the name, outlined square chips, steel accents, steel watermark. Same layout as the black card, different voice. This is what font options means.
