Style 2: Poster

S2-sold re-rendered 2026-09-10. No sold price: the address is the poster. The mark moved up onto the white in black, below the chips, so the band holds only the agent with the phone large. Dave's notes.

Built overnight 2026-09-08 on Dave's standing go. A first pass at a second style: a different typeface and a different construction, in the same discipline. Bebas Neue for the display line, a condensed face built to be read big in caps, and Manrope for everything else. Two solid blocks instead of one editorial column: the paper block carries the message, the color block carries the agent and the mark. One card per archetype.

Dave's pass, 2026-09-08 morning. One fix applied: the open-house lockup is larger. Dave on the display face: it can work, it is one template of many. Playfair failed in caps, so this is the test of whether a face built for caps passes. If the answer is no, the block construction can carry a different display face. Everything from the Style 1 rules is in: kit mark in the block's own color, watermark, figure in its own space, plain-language line, outcome as numbers.

The five

S2-stat
S2-statThe number as a poster. Bebas Neue at 300px on cream, the meaning line under it, the navy block carrying the agent and the white mark. The figure stands across the seam.
S2-sold
S2-soldThe price as a poster. Black block, white paper, outlined chips. Not a navy pixel on it.
S2-tip
S2-tipThe tip as a headline. Three words at 150px in caps, the paragraph in Manrope, teal block.
S2-review
S2-reviewThe quote as a headline. The short version of the review in caps, attribution, outcome tiles, burgundy block.
S2-open
S2-openPhoto on top, poster below. The house across the top, the time in caps, the tile, the navy block.
