Final (Dave on round 3: "we'll run with it"). The logo stays this size with its glow halved again; the holiday's red script at half glow. Below, as passed, then the formats on outpainted walls and the neutral proof.
Dave's notes on round 2, applied. The neon logo is HALF the size and half the glow, and it is channel letters on every card, the make that read; the tubes are gone. The light script lines (the warm white ones under a colored word) now carry a thin outline in the big word's color, the way the red under HOME and the pink under NEW YEAR read: blue under the blue SOLD in the window, red under OPEN and SOLD on the brick, teal under JUST LISTED, amber under WE'RE HIRING. Their glow is trimmed to the near layers so the outline shows. Nothing else changed.
What to rule on. The logo: legible now, at this size and glow. The outlined script lines, NE-window-sold and NE-open first. Pass or note by name.
