Style 17, the Timeline. Round 2
Dave's notes on round 1, applied. The subway line looked like the other styles and the dots did not explain themselves; what we do is more complicated than a line with stops. So this round is five expressions of a timeline, each an object people already read without a key: a month calendar with the days marked, a dated spine, a dial, parallel lanes, a year strip. A new face, Fraunces, a soft high-contrast serif at its display size for the numerals and headlines and its text size for the copy: nothing like the grotesks, the Cormorant or the Bodoni. Every line centered. The lockup at the foot is bigger, the agent line under it as it was.
New material. None of the six job lines. Six pieces from the idea bank instead: Back to School (the timeline for moving before the bell), What This Took (from first call to keys), What This Number Actually Means (days on market is 32), Proof of Process (what happens while you wait), New Year Real Estate Planning (your 2027 timeline), and Labor Day (the fall market week by week).
