Style 19, the Neon. Round 2

Dave's notes on round 1, applied. "I really like this." The script line had too much glow: its halo is cut to a third and its bloom to the near layers, so it reads as a thinner tube. And the logo is now NEON, a fixture on the wall above the agent line, with its own glow on the wall; the firm's name is gone from that line, since the sign says it. Two makes of the neon logo to rule on: CHANNEL LETTERS, the shapes lit and glowing, legible at any size (six cards); and TUBES, the outlines of the mark and the letters as neon with no fill, on NE-window-sold, NE-wood and NE-tube-open. The logo tube is warm white on all but NE-tube-open, where it is red like the sign.

What to rule on. The neon logo: channel letters or tubes, and warm white or the sign's color. The script line's glow now. Pass or note by name.
