An object with a photograph in it, after the Sign and the Sampler: a magazine cover. The magazine is named for the county, the way city magazines are, and it is a Legacy publication: MUSKEGON in a Didone across the full width, the issue line under it, a real listing photo full-bleed. The job is the main cover line at the foot with its dek and the note; two or three more cover lines from the idea bank run down the left, the way a cover promises the rest of the issue. The agent is the subscriber label, the mailing sticker every delivered copy carries: name, REALTOR®, the firm bold, the phone. The barcode box carries the kit lockup. The mark sits in the photo at three percent.
The square is the object: the issue lying on an oak desk, shot as a plate the way the Sign was, the cover mapped onto it in perspective and multiplied into the plate's sheen. Portrait is the cover itself. Story is the cover with more sky above the house.
What to rule on. The masthead: the county name, or something else (a Legacy title). The subscriber label as the agent block, or a plainer agent line. The cover lines down the left: keep, fewer, none. The photos: these are the four we have; the style needs a real listing photo every time. Pass or note by name.
